You must possess strong presentation skills. You must be comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven record of accomplishment in relevant vendor software sales or encompass knowledge of similar technologies. Above all, we are looking for someone that can communicate and demonstrate Micro Focus/CyberRes value by demonstrating how our solutions solve IAM/Security concerns in complex customer infrastructures and diverse IAM ecosystems on a global scale. IAM Presales Engineers are able to identify technical issues to meet and exceed customer expectations throughout the sales lifecycle. Our IAM Presales Engineers are able to articulate technology and product positioning to a mix of business and technical audiences, C-level decision makers and frequently peers. They also work in conjunction with the sales team and Product Management as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our IAM solutions. MF IAM Presales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field salesforce hence they are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
The person occupying this role combines technical knowledge with sales acumen and is ultimately responsible for the technical win during the sales cycle.
